DigiLog by Getnomik is a digital logbook and record management platform designed for lawyers, notaries, and legal professionals to securely manage client details, agreements, and digital signatures. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including registered lawyers, law firms, and administrative users.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be a verified legal professional or have valid authorization to manage legal records.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

We reserve the right to verify your credentials and suspend accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. DigiLog is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized account access.

7. Payments & Subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime via your dashboard.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights in DigiLog — including design, features, code, and trademarks — are owned by Getnomik Pvt. Ltd. Do not copy, distribute, or modify without prior consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

DigiLog provides its services on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigiLog and Getnomik are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data or business, unauthorized access, or legal disputes arising from platform use.

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraudulent activity, non-payment, or misuse of services. Access to the platform and data may be restricted or deleted upon termination.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law
